Your trust is the foundation of everything we do. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
01Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Pharmizen, a unit of RXON Pharmacies (“Pharmizen”, “we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit our pharmacies, use this website, contact us on WhatsApp, email or phone, place an order, or take part in our community initiatives.
We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.
02Information we collect

- Payment information: transaction references and status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through forms on this site.
- Website usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited.

03How we use your information
- To verify prescriptions and dispense medicines as required by law.

04Prescriptions and health information
We treat prescriptions and health information with particular care. Access is limited to the team members who need it to serve you, and we never sell this information. Where community health camps are run with a diagnostic partner, any test results are handled by that partner under its own privacy terms, which will be shared with you at the camp.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when necessary:

- Within the RXON Pharmacies group, for operational and compliance purposes.
- With government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
When you message us on WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
06How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example, record-keeping obligations for dispensing prescription medicines and for tax. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
07How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and staff training, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
