The ground rules for using Pharmizen, written to be clear, fair and easy to read.

01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Pharmizen, a unit of RXON Pharmacies, in store, on WhatsApp or through any other channel we offer. By using our services, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy.

02Health information on this website

Content on this website, and general guidance shared by our team, is for awareness only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor. Always follow your doctor's advice about diagnosis and treatment. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

03Prescriptions

  • Prescription medicines are sold only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner, in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules made under it.
  • We may ask to see the original prescription at delivery or in store, and may decline to dispense where a prescription is unclear, incomplete, expired or appears altered.
  • Certain medicines may be restricted from delivery or from sale beyond prescribed quantities, as required by law.
  • You confirm that prescriptions and information you share with us are genuine and belong to you or to a person on whose behalf you are authorised to act.

04Orders and acceptance

When you send us an order request, our team confirms availability, price and timing with you. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a prescription cannot be verified, or pricing was shown in error) and will refund any amount paid for it.

Product images and descriptions are indicative; packaging may vary by manufacturer and batch.

05Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shared with you before you confirm an order. Medicines are never sold above the printed maximum retail price (MRP).
  • Any delivery charges, discounts or offers applicable to your order will be communicated before confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of ordering.

06Delivery and pick-up

  • Delivery coverage, expected timing and any delivery charge are confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.
  • Orders with prescription medicines are dispatched only after the prescription is verified, and the original may be requested at delivery.
  • Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged on arrival. If it isn't, you may decline it and tell us.
  • You can also order on WhatsApp and collect from our pharmacy.

07Offers and coupons

Offers and coupons are subject to their specific terms, eligibility and availability, cannot be exchanged for cash, and unless stated otherwise cannot be combined. Discounts on prescription medicines are provided only within the limits of applicable law. Pharmizen may modify or withdraw an offer at any time.

08Using this website

  • Please don't misuse this website, for example by attempting to access it without authorisation, disrupting it, or using it for anything unlawful.
  • The Pharmizen name, logo, illustrations, photographs and content on this website belong to Pharmizen / RXON Pharmacies and may not be used without written permission.
  • Links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or map providers, are governed by those providers' own terms.

09Limitation of liability

We take great care in what we do. To the extent permitted by law, Pharmizen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10Complaints and grievances

If something isn't right, tell us at care@pharmizen.com or through our Contact page. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and work to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
